India’s small and medium businesses are full of ambition. They are the backbone of our economy – driven by founders who build with resilience, intuition, and belief. Yet, when it comes to process automation or technology adoption, many of them find themselves stuck.

On one end are cookie-cutter SaaS tools that don’t adapt to how they really work. On the other end are large consulting firms that stay out of reach – expensive, over-engineered, and often disconnected from ground realities.

We felt there had to be a better way.

Over the years, we’ve met business owners who didn’t need jargon or 200-page reports – they needed someone who could sit with them, understand their business, and help them get things done. Someone who could blend business understanding with technology thinking. Someone who wasn’t afraid to get hands-on.

That thought became the seed for this project.

The Hands-on Consultant Project is our effort to bring together a new kind of consulting community in India – one that values action as much as advice.

We are building a network of Techno-Functional Advisors who understand both sides of the equation:
how businesses run, and how technology can truly help them evolve.

Not just advisors.
